NEW CT TAG FOR BIBI'S COLLECTION

This newest tag I made using the cute new Kit "LOVE" by Bibi's Collection. Lot's of versatility with this kit which has 84 Elements and 8 papers to play with. I paired it up with a Cutie from Sweet Pin-up artist Ricarda Muthmann.
