CT TAG FOR CUTEN TOONZ USING SAILOR COOKIE #3

I have for you a new tag using a very patriotic little girl named Sailor Cookie and I chose #3 of the pack. This is a PTU cookie in red, white, and blue. I paired it up with a PTU kit by Amy Marie called Sailor Girl-USA.
