This new tag I made using the super cute winter tube

Number three of my tags in this set is made with a ptu kit by Alicia called
~*~ ONE STARRY NIGHT~*~
The tube and kit are both new for her Winter 2015 collection of creations and you must get a license to use her tubes. The tube is absolutely one of my favorites for this year and the kit will work with any and all of her Christmas tubes.
